Living Room Circuit

For those mornings when you hit snooze one or 2 extra times (not that I every do that) ;)

Here is a quick circuit you can do in your living room that works all the different parts of your body. 
Repeat 2-3 times for maximum benefits. Each time through takes less than 10 minutes.

  • 15 squats
  • 40 second plank
  • 30 crunches
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 25 lunges
  • 35 second wall sit
  • 30 sit ups
  • 10 push ups

Repeat! Don't forget to stretch & drink lots of water.
